School Counseling Program Vision:

The vision for the Fletcher Elementary Counseling Department is to deliver a comprehensive program to all students that addresses the social, emotional, and academic needs of students, empowering them to maximize their potential and graduate high school as engaged, open-minded thinkers, who are motivated, empathetic, confident, and resilient lifelong learners. 

School Counseling Program Mission:

Out school counseling program mission is to take a data-driven approach to delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum to all students, focused on the ASCA Mindsets & Behaviors. We strive for this work of fostering communication skills, supporting the whole child, and creating an environment of high expectations to result in closing the achievement and opportunity gaps resulting in improved student achievement, attendance, and discipline while students are at Fletcher Elementary School and well into their future.
